No idea what the problem is...it should work...do you have a non hotmail address, sometimes thats a problem..

I never had a problem with it.
Have you checked your junk email box as your email address may think it is junk and send it straight to that folder which is emptied every so often.
Also maybe if you did it the last few days none of the moderators may of goten home yet after the Socceroos game.
