Well as nobody else seems to be bothered about this game, I thought I'd make a few random comments about it.
Firstly, the scoreline is normally something you only see in the Scottish third division.
Congrats to Zdrila and Petrovski for their hat tricks (if memory serves, the first for our club).
Congrats to the seemingly much maligned Salazar, to not only finally manage to get on the pitch but to actually score as well.
Concerns about our defence who have now leaked four goals in two games and which looks a little fragile. C'mon Pierre. Sort them out. It's not like the attacks they were facing would make you fill your trousers either.
Thanks to the club for providing updates as well.

"Sydney FC will be without midfielder Ufuk Talay for the final group match after he received his second yellow card for the tournament in a bizarre incident that saw him booked for taking a quick free kick just 1m from the spot pointed too by the referee."
uf**kin kidding me? surely he did something worse than that??

The referee's overseeing these games are probably about as competant as the Indonesian justice system.

So this team we're up against next beat Auckland. And we didn't exactly have a comfortable win over Auckland. This may be a tough game.

The next game means nothing as we have already qualified for the semis,Littbarski will be resting a few players . I know what your saying with the leaky defense Phormic but i imagine it's hard for the players to stay focused against such crap teams...once six goals are scored it's pretty hard to take it serious ... www.sydneyfc.com/aleague/sydneyfc/article/show.asp?articleid=9102&menuItemID=

Update: ...according to www.sportingpulse.com.au Sydney's semi-final opponents will be AS Magenta (New Caledonia). They have beaten Makuru 5-0. ...but maybe its Tafea (Vanuatu) who finished second....i dunno

Thanks. Yeah that's what I thought, but then I read on www.sportingpulse.com.au : "Full Time: Manu ura 0 Tafea FC 2 Tafea confirmed as the Group winners following a convincing 2 - 0 win today." Don't know what they're on about, Tafea have a much lower GD (......GDP??)
