Has anyone witnessed any sporting miracles? The closest thing I have seen to a miracle was at our local soccer game. A knife was siitting inside a tray box, like the ones used for mangoes, with a quarter of water melon, sitting on top of an esky. A stray shot struck the side of the box and esky, the box went flying but the watermelon remained on top of the esky. At the time I thought it was a really great miracle because the water melon was still intact. However I discovered the soccer ball was penetrated by the knife.

there is only one true sporting miracle. Here's the scene.
Half time 3-0 down. 43,000 fans screaming their hatred for you morale low Grand Final importance
Full time Wolves 3-Perth 3 Penalty Shootout, misses in both camps, and so it comes down to Les Pogliacomi to save, and win the Grand Final for the Wolves. SAVED, wolves win.....a sporting miracle, a comeback of Lazarus proportions! ;D

there has been a few but i think those greeks in portugal i think created the biggest miracle in football history... stats in the final to prove this theory.... no shots on goal... 1 corner... and european champions, if this is not a miracle in sport i dont know what is.... maybe cameroun beating the argies in the first game of italia 90 or the sengalese beating the frogs in wc 2002, but the greeks are hard to beat for a sporting miracle

GOD WAS GREEK YOU KNOW ;D Well, actually No. Genesis tells us that God created man in his own image, and we know in which country the Garden of Eden was located because of the names of the rivers. So Adam, and therefore God are logically Iraqi. But don't tell the yanks.
