MV will need to work hard to not make it look like it's just a greek team by hiring a greek coach.

you will really need a Greek coach, a Croatian manager, and a Serbian trainer to get crowds in excess of 100,000. If you are lucky one of these will have a Macedonian mother in law. One player should be Australian born with an Irish in background, another Scottish background, one Italian background, one Spanish background, one Portuguese background, one Turkish background, one Lebanese background, one Indian background, one Chinese background, one Korean background, one Vietnamese background, and one Aborigine or Torres Straight Islander. The goalkeeper should be able to speak at least 6 languages , and swear in 12.

I cant believe that a background of a coach or player would determine if someone followed the club.. I couldnt care if the background of the bloke was he was a 2" tall midget. If the guy could play then welcome to the team..
Bloody ridiculous in this day and age.... Isnt it funny how people who scream they are racially abused are the ones who wont have anything to do with another cultre.. (Thats aimed at everyone. All cutlures have em)

thats the way greeks and every other culture works...........why do u think jews are so rich? and get things done while greeks etc argue jews work together........
but on another note yeah if they sign greek it would work see melbourne victory isnt officially greek but if they get a greek coach it will boost the image of victory in the greek community

If they appoint some one who doesn't give a flying fcuk about ethnicity they will attract the other 3.5 million who arne't "greek"(which I always thought meant a greek citizen)

No, it's true, the amount of swedes that support England now is incredible. In fact, i'm now considering supporting Argentina as I'm putting on weight and I have a penchant for a bit of nose bag.

I dunt think that a coachs nationality will attract fans of that race. I think a coachs nationality may attract players of that nationality, but thats about as far as it goes
