I know he's pushing 40, but it would raise a few eyebrows and send a send a message to the gereral sporting public if STEVE WAUGH could be persuaded to have a kick again. He did represent NSW playing football, but it was a long time ago. Maybe good for half a game.
Another sports celebrity who comes to mind is F1 driver MICHAEL SCHUMAKER. He plays charity matches from time to time.

If we are getting down to this sort of player I would suggest Janusz our star player from Guildford. He would play for free, is a great dribbler and has a potent shot.
