just was reading the illawarra mercury and it said sydney fc's Jacob Timpano will co-captain the under 20s australian team at the world youth championships!!!! he also captained the U/17s aussies bak when he played for them so i think we might have a future captain for sydney fc, as he seems to be a bit of a leader

yeah he probably will go over to europe...... i heard he already had a trial with real madrid and arsenal, think it was about a year or two ago, not sure if its true but if it is then i think he would probably easily get into a smaller club, like tottenham or everton, i know there not small clubs but they are smaller then arsenal and real madrid!

Awesome news!
I wouldn't get too carried away since he has not broken into the Sydney FC side yet. Bingley was first choice in Rudan's centre defense spot before Timpano (though obviously a experience in a new league/tournament thing I would think...).
But lets see by the end of the year...
