Hallo, There is a brand new YahooGroups email forum for Australian football fans who have an interest in the German Bundesliga. It does not matter which team you support in Germany or why you are interested. The door is open to discuss all things Bundesliga and clubs rivalry etc etc.. sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/Bundesliga-Aust/Prost..

I am a member of the official Australian Hamburg supporters club.
It is recognised by Hamburg and the only official Hamburg supporter's club in the Southern Hemisphere.
We even got a story in their match program.
It was started by German friend last year and we have six members.
Anyone else interested send me a message.

Bayern Munich won the Bundesliga. We sure did mate. a 0-4 victory against at cow-meddlers Kaiserslautern. Schalke choked again; they have lost like 4 of their last 5 matches. DEUTSCHER MEISTER WIRD NUR DER FCB! Now to the DFB Cup Final and the 'Miners' again. Then we should be thinking of how to go one better in the Champions League. I still feel Magath freaked with his formation in the London leg. One striker? And Salihamidzic at that? ???Meanwhile Santa Cruz and Hasemian stayed in Munich that night. nd we had to put up with a pathetic effort by Robert Kovac, whose thoughts were on pizza, rizzotto and catenaccio. Whilst Linke and Kuffor were also not in the side. As we saw this morning, Chelsea are very beatable. JF

The Owner and manager of CROYDON CAFE right next to Croydon train Station is from München and is an FC BAYERN Fan. His name is Wolfgang. Despite being born in Germany he grew up in Sydney but still speaks German obviously. He saw me wearing the German national jersey one morning when there with the missus and is very friendly as are all the staff there.
For you FC Bayern fans its probably a good venue to get yourselves a Sydney FC Bayern Treffpunkt.. One thing though of which we are spared !! He does not have any pictures of FC Bayern on the cafe walls ... I told him a Germany one would be much nicer indeed..

They are a strange ideosyncratic club. Their president is a cross-dressing openly gay strip-bar owner. And their fans an even stranger mix of radicals, students, punks, skinheads, freaks, and left-wingers. quite unique in a footbal club, I think you will find. And highly political as well. Those are the precise reasons why I'm a St Pauli fan. They're an antidote to the grinding sterility of almost all football clubs. They also have a history of hating Bayern as well. Which is no bad thing.

Which is no bad thing. Um, without Bayern playing a benifit match when the club was going under, FC St pauli would have simply been no more. Even Uli Hoeness bought a "Retter" t-shirt. Here are some strange people. An Fc St Pauli fanclub in Muenchen www.edelstoff-stpauli.de/They even went to FCB training with their poo brown banners and everything. JF PS:- I already know Wolfgang. and may just have some things he can stick on his wall in his cafe.

Or drop by my place and nab some of stuff I don't wear any more. LOL Have FC Bayern Trikots (3),polos (2) t-shirts (3) scarves (5, including a "Wir woll'n keine Dortmunder Schweine" one , my felt hat that the Bay 23 boys kept wanting to steal, my denim vest covered in patches. Plus heaps of videos etc. Am a web member of FCB Champions too. PM me if you want my user name details to get on and see highlights of matches etc... You seen the new FCB home shirt? It is kind of a deep ed, but having seen it in action it is actually pretty darn good. Gruesse aus dem Allianz Arena! BAVARIA FANTASTICA!
