I'd love to see Milutinovic as a Technical Director if not the NT team manager his record speaks for itself

Is it just me or did the 3-5-2 instantly look better? We need two strikers!

Emerton over Elrich as a wing-back definitely. His defending is better than Ahmad's.

Emerton over Elrich as a wing-back definitely. His defending is better than Ahmad's. the 3 defenders is enough..he will drop if he has to put attacking is the main aim with the 5 in midfield..its an attacking formation

It's both attacking and defensive I think. A 'fluid' formation if you like.
An in-form Emmo (which he hasn't been for 3 months minimum) gives more attacking and defending than Elrich.
That's my opinion. A 3-5-2 is the same as a 5-3-2 really, the most pressure is on the wingbacks and holding midfielder to get through a ton of work.
cheers

Aloisi over Viduka NFI.... Though the formation is good... I put forward pretty much the same line-up/formation on the unofficial site

OK then, let's play Viduka if you want a striker who doesn't score.
It's not like we really need to score goals, especially considering our defence has been rock solid.
***slaps head***
Aloisi regularly scores goals at international level, Viduka does not.
Bring Viduka off the bench if need be.

Fact is, Aloisi has the touch of a tree trunk, exhibits no creativity and is not (despite 2 decent games) a deadly finisher. I have watched this bastard intently for many years, trying to work out what he did to get a gig at Osasuna, and until the confed cup I was mystified. The confed cup was the first time he has even remotely looked like a footballer. Yeah, possibly a decent player, and worth persisting with (he may be a deadly finisher - here's hoping - but he's not proven). However, no way is he better than Viduka.
Frankly, I think he is blessed to have poached the goals he did and sucker a club into buying him.
EDIT: typo
