Bolton Liverpool Everton Im hopeful that Everton can hold on, Id love to see them qualify for Champions League football You can take LFC out of the equation as much as it hurts me to say. Far too inconsistent. Probably the toffees I'd say. I wouldn't like to see Bolton get it because of three main reasons: 1) Thuggery 2) Diouf aka Serial Spitter aka Dioufus 3) Allardyce's bitching and moaning. It's something Rafa or Moyes haven't engaged in and won't stoop to that level. cheers

Bolton Liverpool Everton Im hopeful that Everton can hold on, Id love to see them qualify for Champions League football all depends on the fact if liverpool win the champions league, because if they win the champions league doesnt matter who finishs 4th cause no country can have more tha 4 reps in the champions league and because the winner automatically qualifies so if liverpool finish 6th but win the champion league the team that finishes fourth will go to the uefa cup... this could be the ultimate punishment for there rivals

I always thought the way it goes is if a team wins the Champions League or UEFA Cup they get direct qualification into the next year to defend their title.
Hope Everton make it, That would really make me proud.

Gents, It is up to the English FA, ie the winner of UCL does not get automatic entry. football.guardian.co.uk/News_Story/0,1563,1436426,00.html Uefa tell FA to handle Liverpool dilemma Philip Cornwall Sunday March 13, 2005 The Observer Uefa have reiterated their rules regarding Champions League entry, stressing that it would be up to the Football Association to decide what to do if Liverpool win the trophy but finish outside the Premiership's top four. 'One country cannot have more than four places,' a spokesman for the game's European governing body told Liverpool's official website. 'It would be up to the FA to make the request for Liverpool.' If a country has fewer than four entrants, the winners take a bonus place if they have not already qualified. But if Liverpool do win the trophy, the FA could have to decide between Rafael Benítez's side and Everton, who lie fourth in the Premiership. In 2000, Real Madrid finished fifth in Spain's Primera Liga but won the Champions League and were given the place in the next season's competition that would otherwise have gone to Real Zaragoza. " cheers

would like to see liverpool, but they are falling further behind in the league. i think they had their chance to put the pressure on when everton went down to wba. If not liverpool then everton - only to see timmy cahill playing in the CL.
But if Liverpool win the champions league... ohh... id love to see that!

my mail is that if liverpool win the champions league the club will invoke the cup holders rule which if you look up uefa is the only exception to the rule for qualification either way bolton will finish fourth and chelsea wil smash liverpool

But if Liverpool win the champions league... ohh... id love to see that! Don't think Liverpool can win the Champions Leauge, either Chelsea or AC. Also they played well against Tottenahm the other week, but they need wins to get the 4th spot.

Be good if Spurs could make it but I don't think this is possible. Therefore, hope Everton make it, just to get up the nose of Liverpool supporters ;D
