I heard all A League clubs are supposed to sign 3 Under 20's.....well who will Sydney sign?

Australian Soccer Association made that a part of the new A League launch.

I don't have a link, but yes 3 of the squad have to be under 20 (or was it under 18)

Yeah thats a fact. I remember hearing that and reading about it, I think it was publicised at tha launch. And I dont think any of 6 we signed are below 20. In fact there about 8-10 years older then 20.

if anyone hear wacthed the A-leauge launch they would know that each A-leauge club has to sign 3 under 20s players. Im sure of this because i heard John Oniell say this when he was outlining the rules of the leauge.

Ill put a name forward,Matthew gordon (sydney Olympic) first grade,scored their goal on the weekend, Aus/u20 against Chile, Wollongong wolves youth player lives in the Sutherland shire.Keep an eye on this lad.

So they can sign them but I wonder if they have to play a certain amount of time on the field

Whatabout young Mark Bridge He plays for Melita in the State League, played for Parramatta Power youth winning squad for 3 years, Also an Australian Rep
Another possibility is Daniel Vukovic, playing for bonnyrigg now, Parramatta Youth Goalkeeper for 3 successful sinning seasons, has played a few games at NSL level and has a long future ahead of him

The club has signed Mark Milligan, current Autralian under 20 representative, previously a Northern Spirit regular at first grade level now plays for Blacktown City. This young boy from olympic is a gun scored a good goal on the weekend!

yes its true that every team has to have 3 players uner 20 yrs of age,but they dont necessarily have to come from the aussie under 20's team

Another good candidate is Nick Stavroulakis.
Recently toured South America with the Aust Youth squad.
Played for Empoli Seria A last year.
Graduate of the AIS
Dynamic little midfielder.
