It sounds good, IN THOERY, but just you try to stay up until with a belly full of piss just to see your team get rinsed.
Thats about the only remaining purpose of having a VCR these days, so that I can get up at lunchtime and watch the match with a cup of tea and toast.
I'm hardcore!!!

I have a little more hope then you do. I don't expect us to set the footballing World on fire, but we'll put in a half decent showing. As for having a belly full of piss, if you pace it well enough, you should be fine. It'll be the fatigue that'll kill most people. I'm refereeing three games on Saturday, so I'll be stuffed, then heading to the SCG Sunday to watch Souths v Saints. Looking forward to it.

The Aurora will be open and showing the Argentina match and maybe also the Japan game too, which will make it nice. So those who will be going or even thinking about going please post to say so and also if you have friends who will be going with you, as they have asked for approx number of people attending. Bring green and gold jerseys scarves banners flags etc I will be back with the answer to the earlier game and also if the will be selling breakfast, or not. We want this to be a good function for Sydney Socceroo fans, and hopefully this can become a regular event. (dont post to say your coming if you have already done so in another forum)

Looks like the Aurora is on for the Argentina match (whereever it is). You have to do an all nighter for this one, surely? Anyone keen to meet up at 11:45 for the Youth match still? Maybe at Cleveland again?
Also it looks like there may be some GGArmy lads there. Any chance of getting hard copies of the Sydney FC Membership brochure to hand out to prospective members?
